In the Nothern Islands in Wisp's realm there's a time that comes once a year where all the Will-o-the-Wisps migrate and come together in eerie celebration. As Wisp is half Will-o-the-Wisp, she journies to the festival as well, even if she can not fully participate in the wispy activities. This year Von has traveled with her to keep her company and play a silver flute as she dances among the low floating wisps.
