The first is for people who like to dom or submit in the most agressive way possible. The second is people who like enacting more 'wild' scenes The third is almost exclusively 'soft' vore (No digestion or death) and has to do with trusting someone to let them out.

He is able to control his own digestive system, this is from the sea-dragon side, who live on a feast & fast cycle and who often have to slow down or even stop digesting to survive the fast part.
