as someone who has worked in Fast Food, retail and now grocery ive come to the conculsion, the customer is almost NEVER right. BBBBUUUUTTTTTTT its against company policy to drag them outside and beat some common sense and the fear of God into them so you have to deal with their bullshit. unless its your last day and you no longer care. then just go to town and beat the CRAP out of them!

no but that last part is against the law, don't do that.
