It a swimming stroke and a part of an old joke...

A guy in a restaurant calls out, "Waiter, waiter there is a fly in my soup. What is it doing there?"

The wiater look and says, "Well, it looks like the butterfly to me, sir. We can get you one that does another stroke if you want."
