Well I kinda think so cause they haven't been alternating pokemon genders like brionne for example. Its all pretty and cute but I feel its a more feminine version and they hadn't shown a male like version.

but there is a lot of pokemon who are feminine looking and still male, loppuny for example. o3o people are saying aparently there is going to be a 87% of a male version for it. and the pokemon website isn't refering it to a she so i think it's going to be both genders which im gonna be happy about personaly xD cuz i want my femboi pokemon lmfao

Also yeah I knoe lopunny is either gender and I drew up what I would think a male would look like though drawing one with child bearing hips could be fun.
