This is Bronzie, Goldie's older twin sister. She looks exactly the same as Goldie except for her color and her voice, so naturally drawing her as a black and white sketch wouldn't have presented her very well. She does wear different clothes though, opting for a more rustic farmer look compared to her urbanized twin.
Bronzie really is a lot like her sister in almost every way. The two really couldn't be told apart if you saw them both standing together in a room with no color saturation, Even their personalities match to a T, with Bronzie being a little more optimistic about her foresight powers and less stressed out usually. At least, the Twins compliment each other with their interests.

A bit of Trivia: Bronzie's nail color is the opposite of Goldie's in two ways. Left and right are swapped, and while Goldie is Red and blue, Bronzie is more Cyan and Magenta.
Though Goldie is mayor of the city, Bronzie is owner of thier farm estate, so they're both technically leaders in their own right. Since Bronzie lives in rural land though, she doesn't appear as much for major events.
A lot of Goldie's nervousness comes from the fact that she too grew up on the farm and only moved to the city when she grew up. Dorrie however did grow up in the city before moving to the country, so with Dorrie's guidance, Goldie was able to adapt quickly. She does move back to the farm when her children, Silver and Goldeena, eventually take over the city.
Despite being twins, Bronzie tends to act as if she's much older. She's more laid back so she tends to have more words of wisdom. Goldie tends to look up to her.
