I remember back in the day the first time I saw this in FurAffinity. There was even a quote regarding a final strike taking down a giant (though in my case I remember the scene taking place in a city, so I'm not sure it was a revised version of this or if I am remembering this wrong). Moving on, the fight scene is perfectly defined in terms of mood, characters, and setting. Even without them, you can see a great action sequence (or at least the end of it) but if you see the previous art, you can infer a story beneath it.                                                                                                                                                                                              We'll begin with the characters. Sharon is the closest thing to being the protagonist of the story featuring the trio of characters that Inu-Jean created by virtue of being the only one who is a hero. She lost her arm in some lab accident that also gave her powers, her sister Diana got powers and become criminally insane, and her love interest Bosco became a rampaging behemoth who takes her sister's side in her crimes. Sharon has fought her sister individually or with Bosco assisting her, but this is the first time that she fights Bosco alone. Her victory over Bosco, despite the size discrepancy, is as possible as it is impossible given how often Diana has to fight her lover to keep him in check and to survive. The fight that Sharon finishes Bosco off with a kick is an indication of her hand to hand combat skills (good enough to keep up with Diana, who loves to exploit her agility) and her analytical skills as a scientists (while she can use her robotic arm for a variety of weaponry, she knows that her body was enhanced the same way Bosco and Diana way, therefore her biological arm can punch and her legs can kick with the same power that Diana can). The fierce expression in Sharon's face as she finishes Bosco off clearly portray the anger, disappointment, betrayal, and desire for vengeance she desires.
Now we shall go with Bosco. He's the most mysterious of the trio. He was originally a scientist admired by Sharon and Diana, and their love interest, but then the incident that gave them their powers made him a berserk giant. It's hard to pinpoint his personality as he can fight with Diana, have sex with her, watch her fight Sharon, or discover his powers. More often than not his expressions make it hard to figure out what he's really thinking. Even in this fight, Bosco's expression is a mystery as his facial expression is hidden by his snout when Sharon kicks him so it's hard to figure out his intentions. One has to wonder why he's confronting Sharon without Diana and why there's little collateral damage in the graveyard. Considering the amount of destruction Bosco can wreck, it's a surprise the tombstones are intact by the time Sharon wins the fight.
This leads to the setting. The fight takes place in a graveyard. I'm pretty sure Sharon is visiting someone who died, whether by the incident that gave her and Bosco her powers or by one of the rampages he had with Diana. During the visit she finds Bosco, something happens between them, maybe Sharon attacks him on sight or maybe Bosco says or does something that triggers her, resulting in a fight. During the fight, both of them avoid going all-out with Sharon using her biological limbs and Bosco limiting his strength to avoid destroying the place. The fight goes in Sharon's favor as even without her prosthetic limb, she's still Diana's equal in strength while Bosco cannot use his due to his bulky size. Eventually , Sharon wins the fight with a devastating kick that knocks Bosco to the ground. Overall, I think this fight is a defining moment in both of their careers as it is their first one-on-one fight, which differs from the ones Bosco has with Diana in the emotional turmoil
