Oturan Uzumaki is the son of Raiou Uzumaki and Shimi Uzumaki and the younger brother of Atsushi Uzumaki who upon birth were both made hosts of one half of the Kyuubi as Oturan received the Yang chakra from his father and Atsushi received the Yin chakra preventing Yashagoro from obtaining it in exchange for Raiou's sacrifice. With this Shimi used her best chakra to transport her eggs away before she was presumed dead.

Oturan Uzumaki was born into the outskirts of Konoha in the Uddo Region, a young orphaned Pichu upon his hatching that got constantly rejected and given the cold shoulder from the village's inhabitants due to being an outsider with no known history. Though the Hokage of the village for unknown reasons allowed Oturan into the village's school for Ninja teaching and training, which he would learn of its history and many arts of shinobi. Oturan would come to know one other Pichu known as Kazuya Uchiha who had survived his clan's massacre, though at first feeling the Pichu was someone he could relate to on loneliness, he would instead become his rival after all the attention went to him due to his superior skills and talents than his own, this would cause a lot of bitter rivalry between the two for years as Oturan was constantly jealous.

Throughout the years of the Ninja Academy, Oturan would become the class clown and reject for his inferior handling on ninjutsu and techniques while Kazuya excelled in his talents, such would drive Oturan to pick fights with Kazuya to prove he was better only to be beaten every time. However, despite this, he always persisted and never gave in, even though he would cause trouble around the village ever so often with pranks due to wanting more attention.

Oturan however would manage to pass the academy through his hard work and graduate along side the other students including Kazuya, becoming a genin and receiving his headband and ninja status. Though this was a step forward, Oturan was still shunned out by fellow classmates and not taken seriously, though with one meeting with the Hokage, Oturan would be treated to kindness as he would be given a new home in a full apartment building in which he'd no longer have to live in his dumpster home on the outskirts of the village. Such an act would give Oturan more courage and faith in himself as he quit any pranks he'd do all together and focus more on making others notice him through working hard.

In the years to come, Oturan would evolve into a Pikachu, having gone on several missions and honed his skills a bit, becoming a master of Shadow Clone in particular. One day however, the village would be attacked by a powerful Shinobi known as Yashagoro, leading an army of his own men to take the village down and would engage the Hokage in a one on one fight, being the only one to know of the Servipor's true intentions, he'd end up sealing away his arms to prevent him from using jutsu and crippling his abilities with the reaper death god jutsu which costed his own life. Forcing Yashagoro to retreat in defeat effectively saving the village.

A funeral for the Hokage would be held the following evening, attending it and placing a flower on his coffin with a new resolve, Oturan would vow to become a Hokage like him and protect the village just as he had. Upon returning home to rest up for the next morning, Oturan would find his apartment locked with his key gone, finding a paper that notified him payment was over due and that his home would be taken away if he didn't come up with money, learning that the whole time the Hokage was the one who had been paying the rent for him. Despite this set back, Oturan would manage to make enough money close to deadline to buy the apartment so he'd not have to pay rent anymore.

During the next year, Oturan would meet a female Pikachu around his age known as Nevyda Saiyajin of the Saiyan family while out on a mission he had completed and began his journey back, Nevyda having a crush on him at that time though he would be oblivious to her feelings and thought she was just wanting to be a friend, though she return to visit him on and off from that point on. Around this time, the group known as Poketsuki would appear, seeking out jinchuurikis for their own master plan and targeting Otuiran for his Kyuubi demon. Having engaged in several battles with them and using his kyuubi chakra for the first time. Oturan would at one point be called away to the neighboring Akki Region, where he investigated a Rogue group who defected and found himself in a three way brawl with the infamous Dark Hearts who had their own reasons for killing the rogues, though they had conflict with Oturan, his spirit and will would change them, making them each recover hope and light in their hearts with his influence and abandon their Dark Heart ways to become the Bravehearts, in which they befriended Oturan with a close kinship. Particularly in the Black Typhlosion Takeshi Kuroherutsu.

During the Poketsuki events, Kazuya Uchiha would discover his brother Raikiri Uchiha was among their ranks after he and Valor attempted to capture Oturan, being beaten in an attempt to seek his revenge, this would cause the Uchiha to become more bitter and cold, leaving the village to go out and train on his own much to Oturan's surprise. Despite trying to talk him out of it, he would be shrugged off. Oturan would later come across the leader of poketsuki who turned out to be his brother Amrak Uzumaki who he had not known existed, despite being weaker and inferior to his older brother, Amrak would later be influenced by Oturan and decide against his goal and abandon the group disbanding it. Though this would not be the end as Yashagoro would later re-establish the organization.

During this time, Oturan would eventually discover the same feelings for Nevyda as she had for him after she had saved him from one of the Poketsuki battles, falling in love with each other and having a Pichu daughter known as Kyami Uzumaki, discovering the joys of having a family for the first time with Nevyda deciding to move in and live with him on and off for a month at a time until they got married and became spouses. Later on having a son named Renji with their daughter evolving into a Piikachu. Later Oturan would come face to face with the new leader of Neo poketsuki being his mother Shimi Uzumaki who later turned out to be mind manipulated and controlled like a puppet by Yashagoro, devouring her body whole to gain more power to substitute for his lack of arms to use jutsu and would possess Amrak who attempted to stop him to use his Yin Kyuubi chakra.

Such an event would push Oturan to nearly unleash the Kyuubi within him to 8 tails, but with the sudden aid from his father Raiou, the escape was prevented and he'd enter Amrak's mind to put and end to Yashagoro and save both Shimi and Amrak thus ending the neo poketsuki. Oturan would now have his parents who had had previously not known back along with his brother and a new baby sister soon to follow known as Koari Uzumaki. Oturan would learn the Sage Mode and Rasengan from his father among other techniques and variations of it, Kyami would soon fall in love with Kadaj Shinra and move out to live with him while Renji would grow and befriend Ryou Uchiha. Amrak would become the new Hokage as Raiou preferred to sit on the side lines.

While these days of family were at the peak of Oturan's happiness, he would still seek out his rival Kazuya from time to time hoping to find and bring him back. Though things would take a turn for the work when Poketsuki returned for the third time known as Ultima, lead by one of the same high ranking members of the previous one known as The Dark Clone. Being stronger than the previous ones with more members and greater shinobi. Including the infamous Prototype Pachirisu. The group would manage to capture and extract all the other 8 jinchuuriki leaving only Oturan as the remaining one, he would suffer grief when Amrak and Raiou would perish in battles against Amon and Satsujin who would reveal himself to be the true leader of Poketsuki Ultima. Oturan having fought off many including the Serial Killers Kek and Kauket.

The deaths caused Shimi to go into a coma for awhile but would later re-awaken and become the new Hokage, taking Oturan to Kame island to master his Kyuubi Form and fighting against Amon in a great battle which he later changed him to revive those he killed at the island before dying. The Poketsuki Allence war would soon follow where Oturan encountered a reanimated Raikiri, Enrai and Mujin of the Uchiha clan, throughout the forced battle, he would manage to get the Pikachu, Pachirisu and Emolga to break their control of reanimation Jutsu, splitting up to take different paths, Oturan would meet up with Kazuya who had been taken advantage of and bent to Satsujin's side after killing Raikiri in a previous event and learning his secrets, having killed Inazuma before and seeking his sights on his old rival, though Oturan would manage to change his rival's mind and get him to help fight Satsujin.

This would come to the last confrontation with the notorious Uchiha Raichu, after several waves of battle from the anti-poketsuki allience against the new Ten Tailed Jinchuuriki, Oturan, with the help of Kazuya, the betrayed Patrick Mercer and the new mysterious Saiyan Pikachu, they would manage to put an end to Satsujin and end the Poketsuki. A celebration in the Braveheart village of Fire would occur later that day, followed by Oturan holding a funeral for his Mother, Father and older brother which deeply effected him. Being crowned the new Hokage and fulfilling his dream for his endeavors against Poketsuki. His wife Nevyda also informing him she had new responsibilities as the Kami of Earth and would live of the lookout allowing Oturan to visit her once in awhile. Renji of which would evolve and move out to live with Ryou somewhere during this same time.

Oturan would take on the responsibilities of Hokage and would once again search for his rival and friend Kazuya Uchiha. Upon finding him, he'd make a deal appointing him as the guru of the national Shinobi prison and would keep in just while assuming his responsibilities in the village up to the current day...
