I made Luminous' parents! ^^ They are Lord Solaris and Lady Celestia.
Lord Solaris: The husband of Lady Celestia, the brother in law of Lady Estrella and the father of Luminous whom he and Celestia are rulers of the Kingdom of Light. He was born to the the poor family in a village. He would do anything he can to help around his family. As a teenager, he met a beautiful princess named Celestia. After proving himself worthy to the princess, they got married where they became rulers.
Years later, they have a son named Luminous, who is a splitting image of him, and a celebration of his birth had commenced, even Estrella attended. Solaris may not have nyctophobia unlike his son, but he strongly hates the darkness. He is also shown to be a strict father to him, whom Luminous found him annoying. On Luminous' 3rd birthday, Solaris gave his son his own helmet to show he is part of the royal family, it was too big for him however, but he'll grow into it eventually as it will fit him better. It is also said Luminous is a heir to the throne
Around the time Luminous was 7, Lord Akura and his army of Darkness attacked the Light Realm, and Estrella and her army of Light went on a war against him which lasted 2 months which was the even called the War of Light and Dark, and Lord Solaris was even there to help her fight the evil warlock of Darkness.
After Akura's defeat and banishment, Estrella departed to the world in the distant cosmos *home world of the Magic Skylander Star Strike*, which is also the way to get her powers back, but Luminous would miss her a lot, while his parents keep Akura's presence a secret from him due to strongly fearing the Dark Element.
He even trained Luminous in the way of fighting, at age 16, the coronation of Luminous commenced, and he became overlord of the Light Element. However, a night after Luminous became an overlord, he suddenly disappeared one night to search for the Starlight, Their parents found a note their son left, saying he will be finding the Starlight to extinguish the darkness, they were disbelieved, but it is their son's choice.
