Welcome to the darkness
Of the
Forgotten Grey
Five years after the events of the
Mako Grey
Story
It was a normal night or was it day for this on particular grey as they spent all day playing VR games. This one grey who thought who had died from the killer but has been in a comma for a long time and has been too afraid to face real life. The door opens to this grey’s room as an adult figure walks in with food for this grey. They look around and see the last meal hasn’t been touched in some time and this fur switches the plates hoping this grey eats something today.
One week later
This grey finally turns off the VR system and looks around the room to see something new they haven’t seen before. The adult fur was looking at this grey and was quite happy they stopped playing that VR system and joined reality for once. The adult fur was a foxcat with red fur and yellow on the tip of the tail.
“Hello, grey one, can you tell me your name?” asked the foxcat hoping for an answer.
“No, I can’t as its all darkness except, Mako must die for some reason” said the fur scratching there head while not knowing what that means.
“That, was five years ago and it was a terrible ordeal in Pouncefield. Mako was a good friend who had much tragedy in his life leading up to one killer night” said the foxkat.
The foxkat goes onto tell this grey everything that they knew from Saith to Maria coming back into his life and the final blow in his life as it all came crumbling down around him in one day.
“Where’s this Mako now and how do I relate to him?” asked the grey in curiosity.
“You two are basically the same, except you’re a girl and he’s not. You do remind me of his sister Maria from the little we met. I stayed out of there life as much as I could, except gym class where I meet his girlfriend Lucy. Last I’ve heard she’s happy at the moment, but that was two years ago. My name is Felix foxkat and I was undercover in Pouncefield on a classified assignment. All I can say it had to do with the school St. Lovejoy’s” said Felix while not quiet answering the question.
“Thank you, I think” said the grey not sure how to react.
“Your welcome and we are in a safe place” said Felix
“Where that?” asked the grey.
“A safe place” said Felix while give the grey a death star.
“Ok, anything else you can tell me?” asked the grey freighted for her life.
“Yes, there is one thing. Mako used to tell me about this dream he had almost every night about an evil twin he had, caused a massive killing spree. It was always fifty kills as he was always the last one that ended up in a duel, with himself. Sometimes he wins and other times, he losses as to not know what going on with himself. This was on the bus ride home, one day as it was a premonition or something” said Felix while having else to say about Mako.
“What a strange dream as he was experiencing stranger things” said the grey.
“Tomorrow, you start at St. Lovejoy’s and hopefully some of your memories come back” said Felix hoping this helps and hoping not to be like most of the cubs there.
“I hope your right” said the grey not knowing what to expect.
With that Felix leaves the room and the grey goes to sleep while having no idea what awaits her at St. Lovejoy’s on the first day of school.
The next day
Felix arranges a car ride for this grey for the first day of school and being the new cub on campus with no memory of who they were. The car stops in front of the school and the grey gets out of the car to see a lot of students heading inside to star the school year. As this grey walks closer to the school anther cub walks up to her.
“Welcome to St. Lovejoy’s I’m …” said the squirrel.
The grey falls down and starts shacking in pain as if someone is stabbing them everywhere at one. The grey curls up into a ball trying to block out the pain but nothing helps. A crowed of students circle around the grey not sure what to do to help and some teachers come outside also. The teachers try to help the grey out as to not hurt seriously injury themselves. The grey stop right after the first bell to signal the begging of class. No one moved as they were all wondering if the new cub was going to be ok.
“Welcome home, brother” said the grey before passing out.
