Tori is an Erizoian who was born in the Junglehog's capital of Banta (A city that combines the feel of a huge city with the jungle the Junglehogs calls home.) Back on Banta, she was a member of the Techno Ninjas (Ninjas that heavily rely on technology to help them and the current top gang) There are four gangs in Banta and they are The Old Ways (ninjas who relies on classic ninja weapons and techniques who runs the Port district and Lower City), Metals Clan (a ninja clan that wears very lightweight armor that runs the Industrial District), Techno Clan (stated above and runs the Internet District and Shopping District and also is the ruling clan who runs Prism Tower), and the Flashy Pirate Gang (a group of pirate and ninja hybrid ninjas that runs the Theatre and Arena District and Upper City.)
Tori on assignment moved to either Fufreon (Souls & Chances) or Pandaria (Revolt's Apocalypse) and became Danny's secretary (she takes care of most the paperwork, takes dictations, and handles both the calls and visitors while giving the Techno Clan a base in "Táborozó Place" which gives them a heads up on the other three clans of Banta. A secretary allows him to fight alongside Sylvania's army and help the planet they are on.
Two Years Laster Story, she is the Royal Secretary of either Fufreon or Pandaria, but her office is more luxurious in the palace of New Cat City (New capital of Fufreon) or Shang-Mu (Capital of Pandaria) doing whatever needs to be done and presenting the Royal Schedule for the day to either Danny (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) or Kashina (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). She also taken a dose of Chrono Radiation from being on Ishara at the time of the explosion and ages slowly. If you didn't know, Ishara becomes a Lemuria from Golden Sun style area where time goes by slowly and death only happens to the sick and weak.
The Future Storyline has her still the Royal Secretary and taken on a pupil to help her. The Ninja Territory in this timeline is a lot like Banta on all planets where certain clans holds certain areas and the capital is held by the strongest clan (a.k.a. The winner of that planet's Ninja Games which are like the Olympic Games
