My second and final creation for the day: a gift to my best friend!

I had wanted some time ago to make him something, and when I approached him about it, he asked for a Lucario with some specific alterations. A long time after that, and with some snazzy new software to help, I've made this. It was actually really fun to make, and I'm incredibly pleased with how it turned out. The shading specifically was really challenging and fun to do. I had to imagine the light source and things got complicated once certain body parts started casting shadows on other body parts. As for the background, which is a a floor and a couple simple walls of concrete, I would've shaded that, too, but it got too complicated with the layers and all that. And the textures didn't work too well with alternate colors, since there's are predetermined, I think.

I may end up tweaking it a bit and reposting it after awhile. The head, especially, I find to be a bit bland and dull. Cranial dimensions have always been a bother for me - especially when drawin nonhumans - so shading proved difficult.

Again, constructive criticism is appreciated!

(P.S.: My ass hurts from how long I was sitting on a hard chair to make this-)

https://i.imgur.com/A2PH7Ij.png  Your input shouldn't be making it wiggly like this. My stuff only does this when the driver fails, or i'm goofing around drawing with a mouse.  I'd look into your stuff to see what's causing that wiggle.

Hey, thanks. I thought that was just how it's supposed to look. Turns out there's a fix for that bug, and all I had to do was check it in LZ. I'll probably end up going over the inked layer on a new one and reposting it. Thanks again!

no problem. I can't tell people how to draw, but i can tell them when their software is fighting against them :3
