If you want to share these characters (or own one of these twins, they'll) or co-own both, you can draw one (or both) for a chance to win!

I was in a halloween mood xD and I want to get some art with these for halloween!
There will be a SFW & NSFW ref!

RULES:
1. Efford, no matter the skill level
2. Sportsmanship, only 1 can win :( please be so kind to let them keep the art even if you don't win (and upload) youll be credited!
3. I don't expect you to buy like a lot of art for these 2/draw it, but if I get something for us both, I expect something in return at some point right? we can also share coms ^^
4. Draw at least 1 of the characters or both and comment wich you would like!
5. Let me know if you are likely to participate pls :3

I really like the design so I am going to own at least 1 of these, I will also get art in the future wich you would be allowed to upload as well and such (and visa versa)
You get to pick what option it would be if I find you to be a worthy owner, I won't judge skill level, but I will judge efford and attitude, if you just want it to get free art, well :/ if you want it becouse you like the character AND want free art, yeah :D~

Thank you so much! yeah it sucks becouse I was going to make an adopt but aaaagh, to cute, want it myself T_T so now I can share it I suppoce xD, might let them both go but proberbly not ^_^

Yeah I was uncertain if I should make it adopts for $~ or like accept writing storys? ~ also, it's not based on skill, if you are like "new" to drawing, like never done it, I wouldn't advice it, but if your novice, you can definatly give it a shot, buuuuut, I MIGHT make it adoptable later on, thanks so much for the interest tough!<3~ it really means a lot to me to know someone likes the design :D

Adoptables have always concerned me because of the legal quirks of ownership (it's not like anyone writes a formal contract), and this particular setup compounds the issue because of all the different owners of the artwork...

Someone should do up a standard license folks can use to quickly ensure adoptables don't risk legal confusion down the road. I'm no lawyer and can't afford one myself so I can't really ensure a perfect one sadly

Yeah it's really anoying, in my understanding you buy an adopt becouse you want to own it, not to resell it or trade. Its like adopting a child, you don't toss it away :/ (unless your like in monney trouble but even then its like.. hmm..)

Usually I just go by the rule you buy it, and it's yours. Yes you can add to the character but not completly change it in apearence (colours). And then I just assume/hope you don't resell/trade it away and I hope youll get art for it ^^

In this one tough I'm just stating there are multiple options, I'm willing to give full ownership to one of them, or if that person wants it to just share both of them.

The only thing is, people will always steal.. like art.. characters.. so even if I where sharing these someone out there would likely just steel the ref and pretend it's their character

While researching for a somewhat-vaguely-related project, I happened upon this excerpt of the Berne Convention (aricle 6bis):

"

Independent of the author's economic rights, and even after the transfer of the said rights, the author shall have the right to claim authorship of the work and to object to any distortion, modification of, or other derogatory action in relation to the said work, which would be prejudicial to the author's honor or reputation.

Not every nation has fully adopted the Berne Convention, so legally this passage may have little to no bearing - but if someone did make a standard adoptable license / copyright assignment contract, I think this would be a very important reference.

I think so too, the author should have the final say but not abuse this power. Thing is, with so many different rules and countrys, along with all these peoples different behaviors its hard to controll.
