Name:Gideon D. Gray Species:Thestral Biography: Gideon is from the northern province of Mawari, He has trained in the ways of stealth,swordsmanship,survival and various other arts as a hunter in his homeland sense he was a small child. Though Gideon served in the military for 5 years starting at the age of 14 he was not interested in becoming a great warrior. Gideon fashioned himself more of a philosopher and held a deep rooted interest for the arcane arts. Magic wasn’t a very revered practice in his particular province. With Encouragement from his cousin though Gideon worked up the nerve to request his family send him to Canterlot to learn the ways of magic. This did not go over well with the majority of his immediate family, Soon Gideon found himself exiled from the house of gray. With a bit of coin from the cousin who first encouraged him he has headed south with dreams to study at either the gray or indigo colleges of magic. Before making his way to canterlot though he has stopped in at the city of StoneWall an ancient town built around a quarry run by the illustrious Pie Family. The next town over just a few hours trip being Manehatten where the spring games are being held. ‘Education can wait a few weeks to go enjoy the games’, he tells himself….
