Honey the Cat (I believe from an older game called Sonic Fighters). I made her a couple of years ago. I still like her all except for the laces. I know I could make those better if I were to make her again.
Her bangs are attached to the rest of her but her ponytails I made removable for painting and sanding. I don't have a tutorial for her but I do have WIP photos of the progress http://aachi-chan.deviantart.com/art/Honey-WIP-progres... to paint her bangs I have neat paint brushes that are bent at an angle. You can buy them at hobby store :D

I notice in the WIP, you applied some kind of white paint covering the whole Honey's figure. And how do you bake the figure with those paper decoration on her dress?
P.S: I wish you have a workshop in Canada, I could really need some help on my sculpting skill..^///^

I use acrylic based primer :D I use it on all my figurines, it helps the paint stay stuck on to the super sculpey :D The dress and hair thingies are made out of plastic sheets made for using on model cars and airplanes and other crafts. I cut them into cone shapes to go on her like that :D By the time I put those on her, I was done with all the baking in the oven. To do the finishing sculpting and to attach them to her permanently, I used Aves Apoxie Sculpt which you can buy here https://www.avesstudio.com/apoxie/apoxie-sculpt I also use Aves' Fixit Paste for attaching all the separate pieces I made together permanently. It's really strong.
