Graduation from school is the end of one world and the journey to the next. But for most this ends at the high school level while others make it to the college level. It is more amazing when one make it to that level sooner than expected. Thus it is for a nearly forgotten family group of Pteromyini Sciuridae tied to the Spanish Royal Throne; simply known as the “G” family branch[1]. If history would have been kinder to this family branch, the eldest son of this group would King of Spain today instead of his cousin King Alfonso. But it was decided long ago through under the table deals that the “G” Family line would be removed to continue the “G-B” line, B for the French ‘Bourbon’ line of royalty which the “G” lines despises. In order to keep the peace, it was decided generations before that the “G” line’s silence would be bought with a family allowance, whose depth has not been measured or reached as of yet.[2]

But today the only male heir of the “G” line graduates from college with his half-sisters in various degrees of study. He chose Pre-Medical Studies Major with Biology and Computer Technology Minors. Alphabetically, Fernando was second to his half-sister Alejandra, with the other half-sisters Gabriela, Lariena, Rosita and Wandaline right after him; all who have managed to make it this far in less than three years of studying. In sharing the workload in their various studies together, were they able to get high grades in the shortest amount of time possible.

Investments and assorted projects added to the amount of money they had though the royal allowance gave them more than enough to live comfortably in the big city of New York where they owned a four-story brownstone in the area known as the ‘Upper West Side.’ It was one of several pieces of real estate they own which provided a comfortable income from rental properties. It is a good thing their agreed sharing of the properties they own included co-signing for extraction of the money they made, which for him was not a problem as his ventures in the video game market made him a millionaire before he entered college.

The one relative[3] that kept together was not there physically, though god willing she was looking down from heaven above. At least the other younger half-sisters were there to witness their gathering of diplomas, along with a few of their significant others. For him there was a certain young lamb[4] out in the audience cheering for him when his name was mentioned. She was actually a year older than he was, and would be graduating from her school within a week’s time. At least she was there for him, as she has been there for him since the second year of high school. The only that bothered many was her refusal of his proposal of matrimony. She has always used the excuse of not being ready to be someone’s wife, needing to be her own ewe, and not wanting to be tied down. But those were her favorite things – to be dominated and be told what to do or be punished if she did not follow the orders of her master. The one thing that can be said about Lambsie, is that she was always faithful to her master even though he has set her free to be on her own many times, she always came back to him.

He and the sisters gather on stage to get their diplomas together, and leave the stage together. They worked hard as individuals to earn their rewards, but they have helped each other through some trying times. It’s what family do. The next step is to continue their work and studies as the adults they have become. But first a little celebration is in order. Lariena managed to get the royal jet for a trip to Spain, departing at 11PM at JFK Airport. The family’s invited, but he decides to stay behind to catch a later flight and meet with them at the Madrid Hilton due to prior business engagement getting in the way. At least Lambsie promised to take care of him while the sisters are gone. As the sisters prepare for their overseas trip, he takes Lambsie out on an expensive date: Dinner at ‘Pierre’s of Madison’ and Orchestra seats at Lincoln Center’s rendition of The New Millennium Little Red Riding Hood. Half way through dinner he gets the text message on his smartphone that they are on their way to the airport.

Looking more than celebrities than typical New Yorkers in their fanciest of dress, they decide to walk for a bit before going to the theater, just a couple of blocks from the restaurant to the New York Hilton and catch a cab from there. Maybe he can ask her one more time to marry him as they hold hands walking around the area known to many as Grand Central Station.

“Lambsie?” He calls to her.

“Yes, Fernando?” She replies back.

“Can I ask you to marry me?” He asks.

“You know I can never marry you.” She says.

“Then again, can you explain why you can not marry me?” He says as he holds back his anger.

“You are my Dominant and I am your Submissive, you are my Alpha and I am your Omega, you are my master and I am your slave. As long as I wear this locked collar bearing your initials around my neck I can never marry you.” She explains.

“And if I were to free you from your collar, would you marry me then?” He asks, knowing what the answer would be.

“If you free me from my collar, then I would have to find another master to take me for I am nothing without my master.” She begins, taking a breath to continue her explanation, “It is not that I do not love you, Fernando, because I do. You are the best Master and Dominant I have had, you are not my first but I promised that you would be my last. You have been nice, kind, caring, and respectful to me, no Sub in this world would be so lucky as I have been to have you. But you took me in and accepted who and what I was without question. You accepted my culture and my way of life and in doing so, it was you who put this collar around my neck, though you put it on loosely to tell me that I have some freedom and some say in what this relationship would be. In you putting on this collar around my neck, you are already tied to me...”

As she explains, they do not notice a dark limousine has stopped in front of them. They do notice several wolves in suits stepping out of the limo and surrounds them.

“Slavers...”[5] Lambsie says to herself in knowing who they are. They have drawn out their firearms to show who was in control of the situation.

“How ‘ery touching... A dom wanting to marry his sub...” The largest of them all approaches them, using a ‘Kentucky Tooth Pick’[6] to clean out his nails, “Now git into the car and no one gets hurt.”

“And if I refuse?” Fernando tells him as he pulls on Lambie’s arm to put her behind him as he counts off the odds of the situation in his head.

Lambsie reaches into Fernando’s back pants’ pocket and takes his wallet from within as the wolf puts the tip of the long blade under Fernando’s chin, telling him, “Then somebody’s gonna get hurt.”

“BANG!” is heard from between the bodies of Fernando and the wolf, then Lambsie gets a shove from Fernando, “RUN!”

Lambsie runs from the scene as best as she could, though her high heel dress shoes slow her down greatly. The sound of more shots being fired makes her run as fast as she can. She turns the corner before the sound of a deafening “BOOM!” is heard, followed by the squealing of tires smoking against the asphalt for grip. Then silence before the wailing of police and ambulance sirens is heard a minute later. Five bodies lie on the ground; four dead, and still alive. His Manuel Cabarello[7] labeled clothing is what kept him alive by keeping the bullets from penetrating his hide, but he felt every impact of each bullet that hit him. The shotgun blast he was hit with broke several ribs, but none of the shotgun pellets went through his protective layers.

As the ambulance takes Fernando to the nearest Trauma Medical Center, Lambsie is in a cab being driven away to who knows where.

1 - The separation of the G-family Line begins with the deposition of Queen Isabella II of Spain in 1870. During her exile from Spain she stayed in the Caribbean, notably several years in Puerto Rico, with her sons. The oldest son, last of the G-Line, was told to stay with his mother while the youngest, Alfonso XII, returns to make a deal to return his mother to power but instead greed took over and he was made king and continues the G-B Line from a 100 year absence when the G-Line was restored. Queen Isabella II was forced to abdicate the throne.

2 – This allowance was agreed to in 1874 when King Alfonso XII took the throne in order to pay for his older brother’s (Ferdinand II and rightful heir to the throne) silence and to keep peace within Spain’s citizenry. Without this, the return of Prince Ferdinand or any of his predecessors would cause Spain to break into civil war once more. This allowance is given to the leading male heir’s family, which to this day now leads to Fernando and his half-sisters connected by their royal father (Prince) Jose A. Fernando and his sisters have the title of Prince/Princess but it is not used, and they are separated from the throne by their Cousins King Juan Carlos and his family.

3 – Dona Maria V. is the maternal grandmother of Fernando and his Twin sister Rosita. She was given temporary guardianship of the other sisters Jose A. has produced until his death a year later and was granted total custody of the children he has. Dona Maria V. was a teen nurse during the Last Great War (WWI) and was a Spanish citizen until she and her family moved to Puerto Rico during the Spanish/Franco Civil War in the 1930s. In Puerto Rico, her eldest Daughter met with Jose A. and were married and then divorced within a year’s time, where she had the twins Fernando and Rosita.

4 - Lambsie Aries Divey is a sheep who, like her mother before her, is in the DeerS Society. DeerS are divided up into two groups Dominant Masters (Doms) and Subservient Slaves (Subs), which Lambie is a Sub. Doms, though usually registered to the DeerS Society but not always, must attend to a Sub’s needs once they take them in. This usually starts as a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship and spins off into a sexual relationship. The Dom has to prove to the Sub that he/she is more than capable of dealing with her and any situation concerning her care and well being, at the same time has to be able to manipulate and control her when she demands things like freedom. As a Sub, Lambsie has to abide by and fulfill any and all requests made by the Dom to satisfy his/her needs. But if a Dom fails in her care or in her dominance, the Sub can leave the Dom in search for another one. This can lead to strife and fighting between the former Dom and the new current Dom. The winner of this altercation gets ownership and possession of the sub.

In this Fernando is not an ordinary Dom, as he is not registered with DeerS to be one and he gives Lambsie a lot of room to live out her own life and learn from what opportunities are out there for her. Because of this, Lambsie is one of the few DeerS Subs that has earned a college degree in any subject of higher learning. All ‘owned’ Subs must wear a collar with a gold padlock on it with the Dom’s initials on it. To a Sub, the Dom is their entire world. Subs without a Dom only wear the collar without the padlock, but are constantly looking for a Dom to take them in. Subs can be exiled from the DeerS society if a Dom gets hurt through their actions, and can be killed if the Dom is killed by their actions.

Since Lambsie started out her DeerS life at a young age, she has been allowed to live with her mother and family. She had a Dom before Fernando who failed in her care and dominance by not fighting back for her and putting her into a situation where she was raped by others. She then immediately left him, submitting her reasons to the DeerS Society and was allowed to live as a Sub without a Dom until she met up with Fernando. After putting him through a few DeerS tests without his knowledge, she chose him to be her next Dom and has filled the request forms to do so. Though not registered with the DeerS, they accepted Fernando to be Lambsie’s Dom as per her request.

Subs are taught to excel in their talent, and be able to surpass anything and everything a maid and living companion can do for their Doms. Subs are not allowed to marry their Doms as it breaks the Sub/Dom relationship balance though they can have children. In times of poverty due to extraordinary circumstances, a Sub can take a job in the public sector to support herself and her Dom. Subs without Doms usually have jobs to support themselves and usually attend schools of higher learning to advance their talents and skills. A Dom can have more than one Sub. Subs can be either male or female, with a high ratio of females out numbering males. Typically, a Sub will stay with their Dom for life as long as the Dom can continue to the maintenance requirements of the Sub.

DeerS Subs usually take on the surname of their Doms to appear as if they are a married couple when they are not. This is done to satisfy the local laws they are in. In modern times, a Sub does not have to take on their Dom’s surname but many still do. In Lambsie’s case, she is ‘officially’ recognized as Lambsie Aries Divey-‘G’; ‘G’ being the truncation of Fernando’s long royal surname. It is used in nearly all official documents she uses in life, including credit cards and bank accounts, though Fernando owns certain high-end credit cards which only has an account number and no name on it which she currently has possession of: Master Card Black, Visa Sapphire Crystal Blue and American Express Crystal Emerald Green, each with a bottomless credit line. Her “permanent” records gives the illusion that they are married when they are not.

DeerS have been around since ancient times, originally as slaved individuals to satisfy treaties between kingdoms, often pretending to be selected daughters of high officials. During these ancient times, Deer and Antelope were the ruling class of the masses as herbivores outnumber carnivores 1000 to 1. Thus the term DeerS was created to fulfill service these girls were put through: Deer Servants, aka DeerS. These girl Deer Servants were connected together in secret to this secret society for communications to ensure the safety of the communities they were put into. Since then DeerS have spread out to all the royal families and later on to the very rich and influential men. To satisfy the tastes of those in power, other species were brought in, including Aries (Sheep) and Bolvine (Cows). Lambsie can trace her maternal linage to the DeerS to when the first Sheep were brought into the secretive DeerS Society. Subs are not brought into the DeerS society but like Lambsie, are born into it. This ensures total dominance of a DeerS member as they are taught early on how to act, behave and what is expected of them. Though many Boys are born into the DeerS Society, few are accepted by Doms. Likewise, most Doms are born into their positions as well, though some are brought in from the outside, as in Fernando’s case though he was already part of the society by his royal genetic connection to the Spanish throne.

5 – Slavers are a renegade group of Doms and Former Doms united in kidnapping and stealing Subs and killing her Dom as to be given to another Dom because he was not able to protect her. Slavers are known to be armed and dangerous, often travelling in packs of 6 or more when kidnapping a Sub. They rarely give any warning of attack. The DeerS Society has expelled any Dom who is associated with Slavers, but they have done little in the protection of Doms and Subs they attack because as they put it, “A Dom has to be able to care for and maintain the well being of the Sub, which includes protecting her from harm from any threat that comes their way. If a Dom fails to protect his/her Sub, then they do not deserve her.

Many former Doms who’s Subs had left them for another Dom often hire Slavers to get their Subs back. Again, in this strife and fighting between the former Dom and the new current Dom, the winner of this altercation gets ownership and possession of the Sub. This seems to occur in one of every five Slavers attacks. Most of the time the Slavers want the Sub at any and all costs to put on the black market, which usually means killing the Dom in front of the Sub. An obedient Sub can get as much as 6 to 7 figures on the black market, depending on her looks, demeanor, condition and past history. Being able to access the DeerS Dom/Sub Database, they can pick and choose which Dom/Sub units to attack.

It is rare for Slavers to kidnap a Sub for ransom or take her without killing the Dom. It is imperative for them to kill the Dom, usually in front of the Sub, to release her from their relationship and make her viable to accept another. While in captivity the padlock on the collar, the symbol of the Dom’s ownership of the Sub, is mechanically torn off and she is restrained to show her who is in charge. Some Slavers have been known to be abusive to their captured Subs, while others are more caring. This is because some Slavers do not care while others are opting for the highest price possible. Never in the Dom/Sub/Slavers history has a male Sub has been taken.

Depending on the valued worth of the Sub, Slavers may return for a second attack. Most of the time they give up and go for an easier target to attack but it is known that if it is an exceptional Sub, they would return with back up to take her. Slavers have used their own personal Subs to lure targeted Doms into traps to kill them.
