the ironic thing is,for some mysterious reasons, almost EVERY dialect form of most of "main" langauges in teh world seem to look alike each other in terms of "variations" from teh "standard" language! a bit like with Asturian/ Andalus and Spanish or Bavarian/Schwyz and Regular German . you will find teh same "tendencies" in how teh dialectal versions shape and morph the "so-called main language" words and sentencies. teh same "wonkyed-up",vowel/consonantic distorted calligraphy. ("distorted" in a good sense, sorry if i canìt explain this more clearlier) as in the famous Yodel song from Franz Lang : "Mei Vater is an appenzeller" with "MEI" in place of "Mein/Meinem" and "IS AN " in place of "ist Einem". the same exact thing happeining with Finnish and its Porrisavvo dialectal version, as you displayed up there so clearly (whose fame is pretty well-known to be fair,infact i always think its a strange and funny occurrence sucha complex langauge as yours can sport EVEN its dialectal verisons!) and i didn't even mentioned MY OWN LANGUAGE (Italian) and its ENDLESS amount of dialectal (and actually linguistic) variety!

Yeah :D The best is AB, Aj and Mac are Southern Americans where the English is somewhat different from what America usually speaks, so my dialect is a pretty good fit as far as translations go; in fact the Southern is less different from the usual American English than porrisavvo from the standard Finnish by what I've seen in the show.

Giving it a bit of new thought, I always thought dialects are meant to be a variation which still can be largely understood by the native speakers of and anyone otherwise well familiar with the parent language. But Finnish is pretty hard even for natives due to the various rules with toooooons of recursion; I so suck at the grammar.
For example, the pure native citizens of the city of Rauma don't speak a dialect of Finnish, but a largely different, separate language, which gets really hard for everyone not familiar with it. Our dad is from Rauma, but for reasons I've forgotten he hardly ever spoke it, which means we don't speak it either, and can understand only a tiny part of it.
Actually Finnish is perhaps the best language to create dialects and slangs from: in some cases even in a same town/city/etc. there are slangs within neighbouring areas which are incompatible with each other. Then there are pretty large areas with their own dialect covering it completely.
I think the flexibility comes from the maze of rules and almost universally understood meanings even if the words and their orders were raped, which is pretty much the nation-wide thing.
