I wanted to do something simple and easy and was hit with this inspiration during an RP as well.

Yeah it's been raining a lot here too, like weird sudden thunderstorms. Now that you've mentioned it I probably have enough time to draw because of that.

the rain is a part of the earth cycle. it helps plants grow. but funny thing is that its on and off. right now its off for me but it will start up again later tonight. i dont know if i will do anything because i have not thought of much. but i might stick to the ib front page for a while to see if i can find something good

yeah It's off for me right now too, though I'm sure it'll rain more tomorrow. Sounds like you have a plan. I want to stay up and draw more, but It's kinda late here and I have to be up in the morning.

its almost 12:30 am where im at. and yeah im sure it will rain tomorrow, you must be really close by to know that. i checked with siri for the weather and she said it would rain tomorrow

Oh my glob, it's like the same time here basically. but yeah there are supposed to be some "scattered" storms or something like that tomorrow. I'll probably have a lot of time to draw then.

i'll probably do the same tomorrow since it will rain. i have to give my sister pictures to hang on her wall so i worked on one. im doing it digitally because its easier to paint drop than to color. and the fact that it can go over the lines is a plain turn off and rage quit for me. so i dont do paper. i dont really like to color to be honest. scribbling takes to long. but i do like the process of the lines rather its pencil or digital. i draw little to none, so im not an expert on what things are called and how they work

aww well that's nice of you. I'll take drawing digitally over traditionally any day, the only downside for me is actually printing the pictures out to give to peeps who want a physical copy of it. I can never get things as smooth as I want them when I draw, or color traditionally. Any my depth perception is off due to my eye sight, so drawing digitally helps a lot with that ( when I draw stuff traditionally everything weirdly stretched out and wonky looking.)

thats because you cant zoom in on real paper. it makes it harder. and you cant control the size. as far as i know spey taught me few things about layers. and it made it ultra easy for me. i do things blindly. i never looked into training or whatever. at first paint tool sai was confusing. but now its pretty easy. and after this year of using it i gotten use to it.

Oh my glob, yes, zooming and layers are my best friends <3. though learning how to use layers digitally did help me traditionally. I also pretty much go in blind when I start a picture (very little idea as to what i'm gonna draw/ planning colors and what) now at least when i do things traditionally I know I have to think about colors in layers and I have to plan them ahead of time since on paper you cant just move junk around. but yeah I remember being hella confused when I first started using Sai, but it's like the easiest tool that I've used now.

i remember the time i was making a picture on paper and when i messed up. my first instinct was to undo it. but since it was paper i realized i ruin the picture big time. i always wanted to make bleach characters. but their anatomy is too complicated for me. i need to take time to get use to making advance shapes and become smarter about where stuff goes. after all that is what drawing is about. at lease from how i taught myself. my tablet cord is pretty ripped up too. im very surprised it works and has no problem.
