This was gathering dust in a folder for about a month or so, so I went ahead and finished it up. Because I'm a lazy bum I was looking for a BG and found the one you see in TookishPerian's gallery.
now that i think about it i knew they where kids but not how old they where... i guess it was not important but i guess Deedee was at least 2 to 3 years older than dexter? and he was around 8 to 10?

There's an episode where Dee Dee and Mandark's sister have a ballerina competition and their nerdy brothers try to stack the deck for their respective sisters.

Oh cool well I think it looks pretty great and especially how you've drawn them. I like how you draw certain characters in a more humanize manner of course I know these two were already, it's just how they're drawn now it looks super nice! Keep it up! XD ^-^

I haven't watched any complete Gumball show because the film is too quick with cuts & chops. I did see the conclusion of the episode where the army wants to KILL Gumball's artificial life form, but Gumball successfully pleads with the soldiers to allow him to raise the creature to be a responsible person. We see then the now grown-up monster doing a Godzilla job on the town ! Gumball now wished he allowed the army to kill his creation.

I think this phrase sums it up..."Dee Dee! Get out of my La-BOOORRRRR-atory!"
Then of course..."Oooooh, what does this do?"
One of those shows I wish had a longer run and more visability...and only if BBT would have taken some of the nerdy gags and such for some of the punchlines or plot points.

A somewhat less stylized rendition of these two than the show has. I guess the art of the 80's-90's Chipmunks was a factor in my NOT watching the cartoon vers. of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, which was scrawly. I even told the network that unless they threw out the old footage and redid all the episodes in the style of the Chipmunk show, I would not watch the show. The show has been long cancelled. I based my decision on promos -which were all kindergarten level in art.

Nice restyling of the characters :D great details such as the wrinkles in dee's shoes and dex's clothing, the foreshortening in dee's finger, the separation in the top and side hair masses of dex, and the cast shadows from dee's arm and pony tail on herself. :D
