Three of the Saviors gang members are seen in complaining about the plan to attack the G.U.N. at dawn. One of them says that she is going to head for an unknown woman by the name of Susan, whose group is farthest away.
The G.U.N. guards are seen praying for their lives. Dr. Eggman approaches Any while she is keeping watch on top of the wall. Amy is reluctant to talk to him when he starts to mention her and Sonic, possibly thinking he's going to act to get the Eggman Empire to rise, but he instead reveals that he's happy for her and Sonic.
Omega is seen standing guard in front of the gates, while Sally is in the lounge, making plans. Sonic and Knuckles prepare for The Saviors, training as Tails is taking an inventory check of the guns and ammunition.
While on the road, Shadow states that the group will not make it to the Wolf Pack Colony in time. Rouge is still optimistic about it but they stop the van for the night.
Shadow and Violet are talking nearby at the van. Violet thanks Shadow for everything, and says they'll have to be on the road by dawn. Violet says goodbye to Rouge, and states that she is happy for her. Violet then begins her shift of standing guard. Alice the Darkling, with fifty other Saviors gang members, sneak up on the group and subdue a sleepy Violet by surprise.
The Saviors line up the survivors from the van (Violet, Marien, Rouge, Omega (who was now with them), Shadow, and other G.U.N. soldiers) on their knees before Alice. Alice informs the group that she wants revenge for the dead Saviors that Violet and her gang killed. Alice then dictates the terms for the group's survival; everything in the G.U.N. now belongs to the Saviors. Alice further states that there is a new world order and that Violet and her group now follow Alice or they will all die.
Alice then tells Violet that she is going to kill one of the group to show Violet's group that she is in charge and in control. Alice introduces her weapon of choice for the execution: Wrath - a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. After a long narrative from Alice about who should be killed with Wrath, Alice randomly picks Rouge as her victim. Shadow gets angered, as Rouge begs Alice not to kill her. Violet tries to intervene, but Alice snaps at Violet, telling her that there are fifty gang members surrounding them and they will all die if they try to stop Rouge's execution. Violet and the others remain silent and watch in horror and cry with bowed heads as Alice bashes Rouge's head in with Wrath. The first blow fractures Rouge's skull and pops out an eye. The others cries, looking horrified and angry at Alice. Alice then taunts the still conscious and now brain-damaged Rouge, who reaches out and calls for her close friend, Shadow. Alice then repeatedly and brutally smashes Wrath into Rouge's head repeatedly, leaving a mass of broken bone, smashed brains, and spattered blood.
Alice informs Violet and her group that The Saviors will be back in one week from Moebius to collect half of everything in their community. She turns around, leaving the survivors with Rouge's mangled corpse.
In the aftermath of the murderous events, a furious, grief-stricken Shadow lashes out, yelling at Violet the Darkling and calling her a coward. Marien intervenes, pushing Shadow back and commanding him to stop yelling at her mother figure. One of the youngest soldiers grabs Marien to stop her from interfering, only to be stopped by Omega pointing his weapon at the soldier. The other soldiers separate Violet and Shadow, then wrap Rouge's body up in a blanket and place her in the back of their van. After returning to G.U.N. and revealing the loss of there friend they funeral, after Shadow took in the loss of his friend he apologizes for his actions from before, Violet accepts his apology hugging him.
Several days later, Alice the Darkling arrives at the G.U.N. Safe-Zone a few days ahead of schedule she told them about her next meeting with them; she's informed that the community is "practically" out of supplies and that Violet the Darkling went out looking for more. Alice decides that she will stay at G.U.N. until Violet returns from the supply run. She makes an offhand comment about Big's weight, who overhears it and starts to cry. She tries to apologize, but, he merely keeps crying. Despite several Saviors offering to kill him, Alice dismisses them. Alice is later approached by Dr. Eggman and asks for a little background on the Safe-Zone. After awhile, Alice gets impatient with Eggman and wants to know why he came to her. Eggman then tells Alice that Violet is not a suitable leader for the community and asks that once Alice kills her, Eggman be given control over the Safe-Zone. Alice feels insulted that Eggman would wait until Violet is gone to tell her this. She responds by telling Eggman that Violet may hate her, but, she has guts unlike Eggman who acted like a coward. Alice then slashes Eggman's stomach killing him almost instantly, remarking that he had guts after all. She then orders her gang to clean the mess up "before a kid sees it."
Alice asks Amy, who witnessed the attack, where Eggman lived so she could go and shoot some pool. Violet later returns and confronts Alice, who casually blows her off. Violet demands to know what happened or she won't leave G.U.N. alive. After picking up Wrath and praying to give her strength, Alice drops the excessive profanity she normally uses and tells Violet that she feels like she's "bent over backwards to show how reasonable I can be" in regards how she brought Marine back to the Safe-Zone safely and hints about how Eggman wanted to have her kill Violet.
After seeing the supplies gathered by Violet, Alice initially demands all of it, but, then decides to take nothing as payment for killing Eggman. Violet insists that they take their share and Alice has no objections. As they are walking back to the foundry, Alice notices Violet and a few others were following them. An instant later, the one of her gang is shot and killed. Confused and angry, Alice takes Wrath and sees Violet pointing a gun at her head. Suddenly, a gunshot is heard and Violet's gun is destroyed as well as the other's who came out with her. Alice remarks on how stupid Violet and the others are by using bullets instead of saving them for 'the much more dangerous thinkers' (aka the Moebians.) Alice reveals that before every pickup, she has a back-up gang armed with more weapons surround the Safe-Zone and guard the area while herself and the others go in and salvage for supplies. With a crazed smile on her muzzle , Alice leans in to Violet and says that her and the Safe-Zone residents are 'fucking fucked.' Alice smiles and says that in a stand-off situation, snipers tend to give away their position after several shots. She clarifies that Violet's 'sniper bitch is as good as dead', causing Violet to try and strike her. As Alice holds her off, Marine shoots off a portion of Wrath, causing the Saviors to attack at the Safe-Zone walls. Alice orders them to stop and is shocked and angry about the damage to barbed wired bat. Violet tackles her from behind, but, Alice subdues her once more. She calls Marine a asshole and shouts for Marine to be thrown over the wall, saying "I want her to pay for what she's fucking done!" Violet tries to object, but, Alice beats her and issues an ultimatum: "Give me the girl or I'll fucking bash in all four skulls of the people out here!" Alice admits that she liked Marine at first and that she never had a kid of her own; if she did, she wanted them to be like Marine. Violet says that if Marine dies, their agreement is over, but, Alice states that it already IS over. She orders her gang to line up Violet, Blaze, Knuckles and Sonic, then begins to decide which one to kill first. She notices a figure falling from the watch tower and smugly repeats that she knew Violet's sniper was good as dead, not realizing that it's not Shadow, but, Tails.
Alice taunts Violet about Shadow's supposed demise and Sonic interrupts her, pleading for there life. Alice berates Sonic for doing this and accuses him of being a coward, she asks Violet, Blaze or Knuckles to ask her to kill Sonic and that if they do so, she will spare them. However Blaze tells her no and she begins to pick which one of them she will kill, however she is interrupted when Sally Acorn grabs a Savior by the foot and uses him as a shield from the Saviors bullets. Alice tells her gang to stand down and when she does this Omega leaps out of a trench and open fires at the nearest Savior in the face. Sally orders Violet and the others into a trench and proceeds to fight her way towards Alice. When Sally reaches Alice she manages to disarm her and hold her hostage. Sally stalls the Saviors until Lupe and her Wolf Pack arrive, Alice breaks free from Sally and runs back to the portal, where she retreats back to Moebius with her gang.
Alice is later seen back in Moebius where she gives the Saviors a speech about them being the dominant force in the world and that they need to remind people of that and then states that they are going to war.
Several days later after Alice the Darkling's unexpected visit, Violet the Darkling's army arrives to the Saviors base on Moebius and demands that Alice come out. Initially, Alice is amused by this and begins to taunt her. Violet reveals that they know there are women, children and others inside who aren't part of this fight, she offers a chance to surrender and let them live; for the rest, she reaffirms her saying: "You kill and you die." Alice plays along with it and asks what will happen if she refuses. After hearing that "whatever happens, happens" Alice thinks for a split second and blatantly refuses Violet's offer. She muses that if she thinks the army she's assembled "can actually accomplish something... that's fucking rich." She briefly entertains the idea of letting Violet's plan go through only to reveal a wildcard; after the ambush at G.U.N. (aka Alice's first appearance), Alice ordered Miles kidnapped and brought to her. Afraid of what Alice might do, Miles quickly pledged his allegiance (and that of Scourge's gang) to Alice and the Saviors.
After Miles informed his loyalty towards Alice, he told Alice that the majority of Violet's army comprised of mobians from the Wolf Pack colony. Alice is pleased with this but when Violet's army arrived, she is furious that only eight mobians accept the ultimatum and leave. Alice berates Miles for this misinformation and kicks him off the balcony. She refuses Violet's offer once more and her snipers begin to fire at the militia. Alice asks Wrath if he "believes this fucking shit" and retreats from the bullets and falling glass. She calls Alicia (anti Sally), ordering her to bring the gang from the outposts back to help drive off Violet's army. Alicia agrees but due to the commotion, Alice doesn't notice the former's hesitation to immediately act. As more gang rush outside, Alice orders them to start shooting the army before all their snipers are killed. She suddenly notices that all their snipers are taking cover and is initially confused as to why Violet's militia are shooting not the snipers, but the windows. She looks outside the fence and tells Alicia that "I hope you're wearing your shitting pants." Suddenly, Blaze rushes through the fence, destroying a portion of it with her flames. Alice frantically orders her gang back inside the foundry, but notices that Blaze is still alive from the fence. She sees a member of her gang about to kill her and dispatches it. As she looks up, Alice smiles and says that she wasn't "going to get off THAT fucking easy".
As the army converge inside the courtyard area, the Saviors retreat back inside the foundry to develop a new strategy. Alice delivers an analogy to a group of Saviors about how you can destroy a woman "by fucking her vagina", meaning that the best way to destroy a woman's heart by destroying the men she loves; Alice clearly believes this to be Blaze since Violet "was going to rush at us... you wouldn't let her sacrifice herself to tear our gate down." She corrects her by saying she's got the wrong woman; Violet loves Shadow and she herself was in love with Silver, the man Alicia killed. Alice refuses to listen, insisting that she is the one who killed One of her gang members "and a terrible liar." She then orders her taken away and goes off to clear her head. Later, Alice is seen outside with more Saviors trying to clear the courtyard, swearing that if any of them die she will "fuck them up." Eventually, Alice's group retreat back inside once more. Alice realizes that if the army keeps them stuck inside for more than one day, they will all be dead and she orders squads outside every two hours to clean up the infestation by any means necessary. She goes to interrogate Blaze some more, but catches Scourge in the middle of trying to rape her. Alice demands that he get away from her and grabs him by the collar of his jacket. She angrily reminds Scourge one of the Savior's main rules: "We don't rape", thus proving Alice does hate sexual violence. As punishment for him breaking this rule, Alice proceeds to stab Scourge in the side and apologizes to Blaze, telling her that "they [The Saviors] aren't monsters".
After injuring Scourge, it is presumed that Alice got word of one of her outposts being overrun by Violet's army and sent more to fortify the remaining ones. This in turn led to Lupe's Wolf Pack being eradicated in a failed attack. Alice also found a way to eliminate all of the army that had flooded into courtyard, for she is later seen heading towards G.U.N.. When she arrives at G.U.N., she throws a grenade over the wall and it detonates, demolishing one of the houses and getting Violet's attention. She threatens that 'there's more where that fucking came from' and insists that she's here to party. To support her claim, she has a blindfolded Blaze brought out by her gang and offers to release her back to Violet. Violet agrees to talk only when Blaze is safely back inside, to which Alice agrees. This is later shown to be a ploy as it's revealed that Alice had Blaze killed and she later cut her face off and placed it over another cat mobian. As the G.U.N.'s are distracted by this revelation, Alice orders her gang to surround G.U.N. and throws another grenade over the wall, yelling "Bombs away, motherfuckers!"
Alice is happy seeing all the destruction and chaos and admits to Wrath that "my vagina's so wet right now... I should have barbed wired piercing on it and call it 'Wrath II'." She asks Wrath if seeing her use the grenades makes him jealous of not being inside to take part in all the mayhem and wishes that she was inside as well watching them all burn. Fiona, overhearing the conversation, awkwardly agrees that she's got a bit wet too and says [they're] hungry for death as well. Alice, confused by this, asks what the hell she's talking about. Suddenly, Fiona is hit and gunfire erupts from behind several buildings. Surprised by this, Alice orders her gang behind one of the walls. She asks for one more grenade to use as cover and tells her gang "the last boat is leaving... you'd better fucking be on it." She manages to escape and they are able to make a fast exit. When a Savior makes an offhand comment about retreating, Alice retorts that this wasn't a retreat. Pointing towards the smoke coming from G.U.N., she comments that this means they've "just fucking won."
After successfully bombarding G.U.N., Alice is seen leading her gang back to Moebius when she sees a army attacking several others from G.U.N. She orders them to kill the army and wonders aloud why they are out here beyond the wall. Nevertheless, she orders Omega and the others to be taken back with them. Later, Alice somehow finds out that Omega was making ammunition for Violet's army and goes to see robot. Flanked by Alicia and Scourge, Alice demands for Omega to begin producing ammo for the Saviors. When the latter refuses, Alice hands Scourge Wrath, then proceeds to grab her own groin (referring to it as her 'crystal walls') and tells Omega what will happen if he refuses to cooperate; smiling, she says that she could dismantle Omega's body. Alice insists that she doesn't want to do this, but threatens Omega by saying that she does things she doesn't like all the time. Omega still refuses to betray Violet and Alice leaves Omega "with his thoughts and his robotic dick... while he still has it." After ordering Alicia to lock Omega up and to check on the others, Alice goes to have some rest, saying that she'll see them both the next morning.
Early the following day, Alice reveals to the Saviors that she's come up with a brilliant plan that will help them win the war. She has assembled a group of others inside the courtyard to demonstrate her idea, exclaiming "they are the lynchpin of our plans going forward." Alice approaches one with Wrath. After apologizing to Wratg, Alice begins to rub it all over the a mobian's corps, caking the bat with guts. Holding up 'the new and improved Wrath', Alice says that even the slightest touch from Wrath will now essentially be a death sentence. She orders the Saviors to do the same to their weapons and then hit the road. Arriving at the Wolf Pack later that day, Alice and her gang hide inside the forest just outside the Wolf Pack. She then issues the order: "We attack at sundown."
Several hours later, Alice and her gang arrive at the Wolf Pack gates, demanding to see Violet. Lupe is atop the wall and threatens them by saying they won't survive what's behind the walls. Alice tells her to bring Violet but Lupe says "you're talking to me." Insulted, Alice has one of her gang members shoot Lupe off the wall. Once again, Alice demands for Violet to show herself. After no response from her, Alice orders her gang to further prepare their weapons, saying "we're going in." She goes up to Alicie, making sure her whip is covered. Alicie offhandedly talks back, but Alice dismisses it. She warns Violet one more time what will happen and then orders a s power type member to ram into the front gates. The member gets shot up, but Alice issues another to take its place and has extreme gear come in as well. The Saviors pour into the Wolf Pack and begin to kill off the residents.
As gunfire continues to erupt towards them, Alice and Fiona get separated from the other Saviors. Alice is unaware that Fiona is ready to kill her when she spots Violet away from the other survivors. She tells Fiona to kill Violet; no matter where she aims "that hit will make her die." Fiona is hesitant to do so, but Alice demands why she's waiting and screams at her to hit Violet. Fiona finally (and reluctantly) does so, hitting Violet in the side. After this, Alice declares that "without her, they're nothing. Game fucking over."
After Violet is hit with the attack, Alice and Fiona retreat back to the rest of The Savior gang, hoping to devise a plan of attack against the remaining survivors at Wolf Pack. When night completely falls on the colony, Alice is almost accidentally shot by one of The Saviors, who states they couldn't see properly in the darkness. Alice says that it is not that dark and asks one of his Saviors the status of the battle. The Savior tells her most of The Saviors are now re-grouped and they are ready to get back on the defensive and Alice orders the member and the rest of the gang to get ready for their attack on the Wolf Pack leader base, knowing Lupe was back inside with Violet. When they begin their attack, they are immediately surrounded by many of Violet's forces, who manage to cause Alice to order and retreat and head back to The Savior camps on the hillside near Wolf Pack.
After hers and The Saviors' retreat, Alice is seen back at the camp alongside Fiona, who questions if camping so close to Wolf Pack is a good idea. Alice says that they are doing it and remarks that she sometimes wonders if Fiona has ever had a brain in her head. She elaborates by saying that Violet's forces won't have enough manpower to counterattack and that because Fiona hit Violet with a virus, her death will cause the remaining forces to bow back down to Alice and she says that she will be their Savior again, as long as they let her decapitate Violet's head from her dead body.
Seeing the look on Fiona's face, Alice says that there's nothing weird about that; Alice says that since Violet's ruined everything, "it'd be weird if I DIDN'T remove her head from her dead body." She is informed that Scourge has escaped with Omega. Alice tells them not to worry about it, and that they will deal with them later. Alice arrives at Wolf Pack's gates, and shoots twice into the air. She claims that she's here to accept their surrender and asks them to send whoever is now in charge out. She swears the area she's in will be a safe zone and there won't be any bloodshed. After getting impatient, Alice threatens to come back inside when Violet exits the Wolf Pack. Bowled over with shock to see her still alive, Alice turns towards Fiona for an answer but Violet tells her to "look at me". Overcoming her initial shock, Alice asks Violet to surrender, to "let things go back the way they were" but Violet refuses. Alice repeats that she only kills people to make an example and threatens Violet that she will do so again if pushed too far, but Violet replies by saying he's "the stupidest fucking girl still alive." Taken back, Alice asks what she's talking about. Violet goes on to say that they should pool their resources and people together. Alice doesn't believe her, saying that with the system she's been using, she is saving lives. Violet tells her in the current situation, the only ones who are winning; the only way to get through this is by working together. Alice takes this all in and Violet says that they can take their supplies, but they must give the survivors something in return; make supplies of their own to give or trade for others via a barter system. A fog seems to lift from Alice's mind and finally sees what Violet has been talking about; she realizes that her actions and methods have only helped herself while the communities she's been threatening have suffered. Alice says she's been wrong all along and that Violet is right. Violet then slashes Alice's throat with a knife, responding "Good."
Caught by surprise, Alice begins bleeding out while Violet begins to address the remaining Saviors. Alice then tackles Violet and begins beating her. Despite Violet putting up a fight, Alice catches one of Violet's legs and breaks it. Laughing, she eventually passes out due to blood loss. She eventually wakes up inside one of the rooms in the Wolf Pack and sees Violet standing over her. She admits to Violet that during the conversation Violet had with Shadow, she was able to only catch bits and pieces of it. She knows that Violet decided not to kill her, but asks what's going to happen now. Violet reveals that she's gonna keep Alice alive so she can see how much Alice was holding the survivors back. Violet also tells Alice that she's going to rot in jail cell until she dies an old woman. Two years after the war, Alice now resides in the cell that Violet had her placed in. Alice remarks that her least favorite part of the day is now shitting in a bucket in a jail cell but it's also her favorite as Violet has to be the one to come get it.
A week has now passed and now a new threat had come to rise after taking down Alice, The Dark Legion. After a tumultuous group meeting regarding Violet's proposed plan regarding The Dark Legion, Violet goes to Alice's cell and asks for her help. She fills her in on everything that has happened since they've come into conflict with this new enemy. Alice advises Violet to keep her "gang" happy, even if that means lying to them, touting her expertise as leader of her gang The Saviors, some of whom disliked her. Violet leaves, and Alice then replying "So that's it?! Wam-Bam- thank you Alice?! I don't even get a eye-contactless fingering?!". After that she then dons a grin. When Alice hears the chants and cheers of Violet's name at a later group meeting, Alice smiles and says, "atta girl."
Later on, Alice the Darkling is approached in her cell by Lien-Da, who has the keys to the cell and wants to release Alice so they can inform The Dark Legion of Violet's plan to attack them, and they can come back to kill Violet and the other members of the community at G.U.N. Alice is sceptical that they would leave the G.U.N. alive, though Lien-Da assures Alice that a group from The Wolf Pack are preparing to leave as well with Alice and Lien-Da can smuggle themselves out. Alice tells Lien-Da that she'll think about it. When Violet and Shadow arrive after being told that the keys are missing, they find an empty cell.
Alice and Lien-Da, having escaped the G.U.N., meet up in the woods where Lien-Da latter gave Alice her jacket who remarked she "feels naked without it". Lien-Da presses Alice to contact The Dark Legion, with Alice pointing out that Lien-Da's plan is flawed for now Alice has her freedom and Lien-Da has no leverage over her. Alice orders Lien-Da to lead her to The Dark Legion, making it clear that she is the one in charge.
As they make their way to the border, Lien-Da's complaints irritate Alice who bluntly expresses her dislike for the woman. The pair reach the border where Lien-Da's son's head was placed by The Dark Legion at which point Lien-Da breaks down, Alice responds by insulting her, though Alice appears to show empathy by apologizing and embracing her. Lien-Da expresses her desire of revenge on both Violet and now The Dark Legion by pitting the two sides against each other, Alice says that is the plan before plunging a knife through Lien-Da's heart. As Alice then walks into The Dark Legion's territory, she tauntingly tells Lien-Da's corpse "That was your fucking plan," suggesting she has a different plan that involve both sides. Alice then begins walking off towards The Dark Legion's border.
