In order to make the villagers in the town to actually donate to public affairs, Mayor Gly has...well saying that he knocked out the two siblings and bound them up to be tickled, forcing them to sign a contract making them legally responsible to always report in when fund raising has to be done is a harsh thing to say, so lets just say they "volunteered". Unknown to Gly (and well everyone else) Is that Isabelle and Digby both are rather fond of tickling, a fetish you could say. Digby is really shy about the whole deal while Isabelle seems fine with it for the most part! Well the stand is open, the two cuties will be here all day! Oh and it seems that Isabelle is being targeted first~ Seems Digby is relieved but it wont be long before those soles are also tickled!
