I wasn't sure what kind of feet she should have, since I don't think she was ever seen barefoot in the show (at least, not in the episodes I've seen.) But I assume that since she has five-fingered hands, she would also have five-toed feet (and that tends to be the preferred style of feet given to Sonic characters by fanartists.)

I've thought about watching shows online, especially since there are a few shows I really want to keep up with (like One Piece.) But right now, I don't know if my internet connection is good enough; even though I can watch things on YouTube without problems most of the time, I dunno if video streaming works differently on other sites.
