Background/History
Nel was born on the outskirts of Nevada,living in one of the poorer houses with her mother and father,dark types segregated from others,however,after the murder of a high-ranking politician,plus lots of lies,Her father was convicted for the murder,before he left,he gave Nel both his weapons,Nel refused to use them,as she thought violence was never the answer,so she took up athletics,becoming a skilled athlete,however,when she went to a contest in Nevada... she was attacked by contestants and judges and raped for the amusement of the people,and when she was boarded into a prestigious school,she was tortured and raped,plus experimented on,the corrupt justice system doing nothing for her. This made her lose hope in people,and she dusted off her fathers guns and became a criminal,conning some people,robbing others,just to help her mother scrape by,until one day,Nel was found by her master,and her potential was shown,and thus,Nel was moved in with him,using money he gave her to help her mother,and had one of her friends help keep her alive.
Relatives/Family
Zania,her mother,zoroark,who was recently murdered in Nevada,sending Nel into a frenzy.
Monterey,her dad,zoroark,who was sentenced to jail for crimes he didn't commit,as the justice system at the time turned Dark type pokemon into scapegoats for all kinds of horrid things.

Nel is skinny,her hair is black with natural red edges,and the back of her hair is in a ponytail
