Here is Scourge the Hedgehog cosplays as Holli Would the hot sexy villainess from an underrated Movie called Cool World. I discovered that movie last month. I may not really be a fan of it but curious about it. I know people call that a Who Framed Roger Rabbit ripoff yet quite a Little something. I don't even know why I drew Scourgey Would.. ermm. Scourge as Holli Would. But quite fun.
