Sapphire Birthstone is a rare character to be found around as she can only be found only in a month every year. She carries a miracle that allows a person to have themselves relieved of stress and/or any inner mental illness such as depression, anger and hate, given you met her at at all.
Even with her ability to heal inner mental illness, it is a rare sight that she can only be seen in September. Some say that Sapphire is highly picky about her food and out of all of them, she loves eating Sushi. Might as well bring some when visiting her.
Unlike most of the Birthstone Sisters: she doesn't have horns attached to her head at all. Her jewel can be easily found on her neck.
