Character Description
Long legs with big hips for her age, she flaunts them wearing stockings, shorts, skirts, dresses and the like. Her hair is a enigma of curls and is almost always in pigtails. Her eyes are pink, her hair a lavender purple. She looks very cute despite her bratty personality.
Personality
Very spoiled and bratty. She expects to get her way and she will raise hell if she doesn't. She wants attention and acts out quite frequently to get it. She can be sweet but you need to get past hard exterior.

Background/History
Lila's parents are both independent types who refused to give up their careers when they had a child. As a result of neither being able to make a compromise, Lila has grown up spoiled and constantly hoisted off on babysitters and hired help. Looking for attention she makes sure not to make her overseers jobs a easy one.
