I always enjoyed this picture. This is one of a series of pictures I had done up to reflect bad-ass girls and women. I was going to spin something around it about a society of these people who did bad things to bad people.
Here the twins are engaged in what might be an assassination or some other plot of this wonderfully drawn woodpecker.
really did a good job on this picture when they drew it for me.
Here is the text from the original image. -- I had in my mind an image involving a girl in two forms, one being a Kamuro - an apprentice courtesan. However then I came up with this treatment. Akimi and Sayou are twins, given into the care of a local courtesan group. Given their natural talents one is more suited to that life then the second which trained in the arts of the ninja, this courtesan being more then she appeared.
Here Sayou is escorting a customer through the garden to the chambers of her Orian. The woodpecker seems to be quite taken by her, such that Akimi is starting to worry whether or not her sister might have a buyer. (At times the virginity of the young Kamuro might be sold when she was ready to join the ranks).
She has opened the door and looks like she is about to take a more drastic form of action.
