Spike was still suffering incontinence. So much, that Twilight ran out of his brand of diapers. Temporarily putting Spike in a leaf diaper, Twilight went out and found his diapers out of stock at the store. Since Spike couldn't use his pull ups effectively, she bought a pack of Pony Brand diapers, like the ones the Cake Twins wear. As you can see, Spike does not like this brand of diaper at all.
