This is a new character, Zabrina (Brina) Schneewald, though not much is known about this character yet, the area she lives in has been developed for awhile. She lives in the very snowy "Sugar Snowfield" near the north Pole of Cavertain. The snow here is actually sugar, but it's still so chilly that the sugar seems like snow and most of the water in the area is frozen as well. There is a huge factory nearby that processes the sugar to distribute around the world and even the galaxy since there's a huge abundance of it.
Zabrina herself is an explorer who lives in the sugary tundra. Being Cavertainian, her fur is laced with strands of sugar, making her literally sweet as sugar. She spends most of her time mining out huge blocks of sugar for the factory and shortly after meeting Zenaira, heads off on adventure to help shed some light on Cavertain's history.
Personality: Zabrina is a hardworking girl who never seems to want to take a break. She's ever curious and always looking for new things to discover, through thick and thin. Despite the cold nature of her home land, she seems to be unusually energetic and loves areas with more extreme circumstances, to the point that she tends to dislike when things are dull and too peaceful, and she's always on the move.
Power: Naturally, Zabrina has ice powers mostly. She generates snowballs in her hands to pelt at opponents and can slide around like she's skating on ice, similar to Aurora. She is a speed type character and is extremely agile, which is rare for an ice type, but she also has slightly weaker than average magic defense. She also seems to have extreme difficulty with dealing with Water as it cripples her physical defense (contrary to most ice types), but her ability to use the sugary ice she makes to heal herself and attack very relentlessly more than makes up for her reckless build.

Trivia:
This is the closest thing Starmaninjians get to snow boots. A thick leathery, cushiony band wraps around the heel and main part of the foot, though the toes remain exposed (otherwise it'd be near impossible to put on the shoe. There is a zipper where the shoe connects to the sole and a hidden one in the back so the cushiony part can be detached.
Like Dialacia, who has a mild scandinavian accent, Zabrina has a mild German accent as her name implies. Though her clothing is more fashionable take on Inuit clothing. The dialects and cultures represented by the Starmaninjians are sheer coincedence though, as none of them are meant to be directly based on any real life culture, just inspired from them.
This is one of the few cases where a world was designed before the character. Sugar Snowfield has existed in my head long before Zabrina. I was only recently inspired to make Zabrina's design.
