This is a husky dog posing on a 1940s Schwinn B-6 AutoCycle at Arches National Park in Utah. I haven't thought of a name for him yet, but he will be one of my characters. Bonus points for anyone who knows what the ASCO on the pawsignia stands for! It's a tribute to Schwinn and the amazing bicycles that they once built before people decided they would rather have lower-priced disposable department store imports.
This is nearly the only thing I have drawn in years! It's hard getting back into practice. I drew this with my new Copic marker set and it may be the last time I use them! I found them very difficult to work with and unforgiving. I am much more comfortable with pencil and acrylic paint.
