Not my usual type of content, but something ongoing on another world.

On the planet where I've taken up temporary residence, there are two alien humanoid speciess in conflict: one we know as Elves, and a masked people called the Forae. No one has seen one of them unmasked, as the Forae reside in a vast empire called the Evil Forest, named quite appropriately. The elves live scattered in villages making up the Kingdom of the Forest. Many times, the Forae raid elven villages, pillaging shops and supplies, killing warriors, and kidnapping young elves.

One reason the elves keep me around, is because of my alien abilities, and my willingness to put my life on the line as many times as necessary to ensure the safe return of kidnapped elves. This instance, a young elf girl was kidnapped from a village. They tied her to a tree, and were undressing her to have some fun with their bounty, but I caught up to them just in time.

The thing with the Forae, they are ruthless savages. They aren't afraid to kill you, and will try to until they are killed themselves. So, as damaged as I am, I attack my way through a volley of arrows and bullets to rescue the captive young girl, whose innocence was just narrowly preserved.

Well... I don't know. Gore, blood, all that stuff.
