This is seemingly an unnamed Rizu who was the first mate of Stormy PiRat before the Meteor and the impact against the ocean cost her life. He lives in Botanorest and has watched over Port Stormy for over 1000 years while waiting for the return of his beloved Captain. When he meets a traveler from Starninja who tells him that Stormy is on Starninja and fully intends to return home, he begins a campaign to help her return be as safe as possible. He doesn't have a name yet though,..since I kind of drew him on a whim.

More info about him way later. This Rizu is copyright to Kao Ninjaratzu (though making such a claim is kind of pointless....RIZUS are copyright to Kao Ninjaratzu...there!)
