Whopper from Pound Puppies (The Real one, not the crappy reboot) had many costumes, but this one was one of his most recurring. This is his superhero persona, Wonder Whopper, which consists of blue tights, a cape, and his diaper. I'm not sure If he wears his diaper on the outside of his blue spandex leotard or her just slips on some leggings. Either way, heres why he should be careful when he has this costume on the planet of prickly clothing catching thorns.
