1 - I believe what happened was an allergic reaction

2 - Of course, the doctor will never admit that, so it'll become a negligence case

3 - After leaving the hospital, I tried to contact his family
I didn't know it would be the last time I'd see him alive
I received a phone call later saying Bryce was dead

Pues poder ser resultado tambien del combate, recuerda que angel estaba bajo los efectos de una droga pudo haber afectado a bryce del algun modo, aun que no se puede descartar tambien inegligencia medica

The last line should probably be "I got a call a few hours later" rather than "a few hours ago" unless he is telling the story in real time, right now. I don't know where this fits in the timeline with "right now" so if that IS what's happening then "a few hours ago" would be right.

Dunno myself. "Passed" is the better usage, as it could be considered a softer word to use.

Died, on the other hand; should be used in more extreme circumstance.
