Amy, knowing full well of diaper hating factions from her time as a pull up wearer, has devised a plan to avoid being attacked by them. By simply donning a pair of shorts over her diaper, she is incognito. It would be a flawless plan if it weren't blatantly obvious that she has a diaper under those shorts.

I tried to get Amy's head the same way a real Gatomon's head is shaped. Sadly, I still cannot for the love of my life get it to look that way.
