Just a black and white today, wanting to work on something simple. I have also noticed that Krita (and GIMP) is not exporting jpg or png files nicely; the colors end up really distorted. My Windows version works fine and some other tests make me think it's the encoder, so I'll probably have to fix that...soon...

I also realize now that this is a very odd piece for the last of the year, so don't look too deeply for a meaning. I'm also curious if any recognises the other picture this guy is from.

Extremely cool. I like the cleanliness, and the stark contrast.

Thanks :) Those are some of the things I've been trying to work on.

Good stuff.
Almost reminds me of one of those cow skulled reaper things from Time Bandits.

It kinda does...I haven't seen the movie, but I might have to add it to my list.

Its a Terry Gilliam movie, expect wierdness.
He's the same guy who did 12 Monkeys, Brazil, and the Adventures of Baron Munchhausen
(also great movies :D  )

Someone else mentioned Brazil a while ago. Looking into the trilogy makes me want to watch them more, the escapism seems very furry to me. I've seen (and enjoyed) The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, so I'll be checking out all of his works and probably rewatch the old Monty Python movies as well. Thanks for the suggestions :)
