This is Mildra Bartendra, the Bartender Domekoya who lives in Feline City in the Feline Tavern. She's known for being really gentle and motherly and was actually born and raised by Minnie Dragem up at the Ruby Ranch, hence she has a bit of "dragon" in her blood. She takes after Minnie in that she's very motherly to her customers but she did grow a more seductive kind of appeal from the general visitors of her bar. She actually moved into the Bar when she saw it was abandoned and changed it into the thriving Tavern it is now. She also has a daughter named Spyra, who has her own story.

Personality wise: Mildra as stated is very sweet and a bit seductive. She doesn't mind sharing what her body produces to her customers and loves to make people happy, male or female. She's also very wise in that she loves to tell people words of wisdom that she learned from Minnie herself, so many people look up to her and respect her as the Oracle of Feline City. Much like Kao, she tends to enjoy doing whatever fetish her mate wants so long as it doesn't make her feel weak and helpless emotionally.

Power wise: She isn't really a fighter, but much like Beau, she prefers to be defensive. She has great defenses and lots of powers that revolve around defending, and very rarely uses offensive type attacks. Her element of choice is Health, but from Minnie, she did learn how to use Rock a little and she knows how to use Water as well since she works with liquids all the time.
