I have been having some fun with this, it's really helping me work through some things I was having problems with. Not sure what I think of my 'style' just yet, but I'm curious what others think.
Thanks, Kas. I may be making faces a bit too long/tall, I'll have to tweak it some when I'm actually drawing something important. =p This is mostly just to get my hand moving, to keep doodling every day. I had to research what each animal looked like, it's easy to forget the finer details that are distinctive to each animal.

I think they are pretty good, but I think you should practice getting a lot looser. I can tell that you spent a lot of time making the line work very fine and clean, but you should start making them fast, rough and sketch-y. I think this will help you to make work faster, as well as pay more attention to what is really there. I had the same problem with making every line perfect when I first got to art school, I was too tight and it only limited my abilities. Give it a shot and just let it go :)

Anytime, and not that I'm a great over and beyond artist or anything, but I'll be more than willing to show you what I mean. The official term would be gesture drawing, but I'm more than happy to show you via stream or anything :)
