This is Princess Flora from Sparkster on the SNES. A really good game in The Rocket Knight series. She's of course, the damsel in distress. I gave her a hair color similar to what she has in her official artwork, rather than her in game sprite, which had pink hair.

I'd rather scan my pics, but unfortunately, mine washes out colors like crazy.
