This is a new villian I created.
In his early life he was kept locked up in a room with no windows or any source of light because of his fearful visage. Then one night later he broke out of the room and killed the master and mistress of the house and then escaped into the sewers. For years after that anyone who would sleep in the room where the master and mistress slept, would be found dead the next morning with broken necks, signs of strangulation, broken bones, and a look of pure fear on their face. These deaths would only stop when the building was converted into a library, however similar deaths would start taking place in other homes, continuing on into other towns and other cities in dark very dark area's.
He has no name, he was never given one.
He is very strong and is very tall; originally his eye's where very sensitive to light but they adjusted to it during the years, however his eye-sight is still poor in full day light. Both of his arms are also made of tentacles which are concealed in the sleeves and gloves of his coat which also make them look like normal arms until he removes the gloves.
