Done in either CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator -- I can't remember which, they're both vector-based programs. Then exported into Photoshop.
Some fan art of Daxter from the same title game for the PSP in his Matrix-dream outfit; done when I was anticipating for the game to launch long time ago.
