Remember this funky bunch?
I retconned some of their designs slightly for various reasons. Most notably the shape of Brogan's horns, which were just such a pain in the ass to draw that I gave up.

Anyway, the lore of faeries being sensitive to iron dates back to ancient Irish mythology (as far as I know. It might actually be Spanish...idk). In the FTR world, magic is expelled through the user's hands. Iron around the wrists weakens the magic and prevents it from being expelled. (unless the user is like ultra-super-powerful, then they can sort of bypass it) That's why all Evangeline's slaves have wrist irons. The moar you know~
