My mother has recently been acquiring pieces of NFL gear to build a Seattle Seahawks winter outift.
She could not find a scarf, which is astounding since she actually lives in Seattle.
I looked high and low and only found scarves that made me start to wonder if there isn't a cabal of black-suited men somewhere trying to see just how low they can sink with "official NFL merchandise" before people stop buying it.
They were thin, or scratchy, or uglier than the wrong end of a three-headed dog; suffice to say, I wouldn't buy these with someone else's money.

What I bought instead was Seahawk colors of ultra cuddly plush fabric and football brown fringe to make her a one-of-a-kind super soft and warm reversible Seahawk scarf.
It is shown here modeled by a glass head also wearing a Seahawks Mascot (Blitz) winter cap.
