Came up with the idea for this a while ago and finally got around to drawing it. Not much too it other than a slightly different take on Age Regression.

It was another day at the office for Davis. He worked accounting for a department store. Made decent enough money but nothing to really write home about. He was content in his job. Of course things have changed a bit for him. Davis is the only one at the office with InfanVultus Syndrome or as it was better known Colloquially as Big Baby Syndrome. It had regressive effects on the body. Generally people with it shrank down to around 4 to 4 and a half feet all and took on infantile traits. Proportionately bigger heads, baby fat, loosing adult teeth to be replaced with baby teeth, infantile reflexes, thinned hair, and various levels of incontinence. Of course there were other side effects that often went with it. Loss of coordination, limited dentition as sometimes not all the adult teeth would be replaced by the baby ones, a lisp due to the reduced teeth, rapid emotional shifts, and sometimes loss of complex skills such as reading. Davis considered himself lucky. He had nearly a full set of baby teeth, still had some hair on his head, his coordination wasn't too bad though he really did need the spill proof cups now, and he didn't loose any skills. That is unless toilet training counted. Davis was most certainly incontinent now. He never knew when he was going to go until just before he did. At least his fine motor skills were good enough that he could change himself. Davis sighed as he walked back to his cubicle having refilled his cup with water. It was a dream come true for him and a bit of a nightmare. On one hand he always was into baby play and his boyfriend Jeff was a very willing daddy during it and still was. But on the other hand he still had to deal with real life. Jeff still had his nurse's shift at the hospital and Davis still had to work. At least the insurance covered his diapers now. Though as he took a seat in his chair looking down at the obvious padding under the suit he'd bought in the kids section he realized he'd have to save up to get things tailored. The pants were tight enough in the diaper region to leave nothing to the imagination.
