Been quite a while since I originally did an Ant character and well I thought he deserved a revamp so here we have a shiny new pic of my ant character Chisai.

Chisai was a rare sight in Denshire Falls. There weren't many bug furs in town but Chisai the ant was one of the few. Today saw him just hanging out around the house in his t-shirt and diaper on a rainy afternoon. He had whined a bit about wanting to go outside and build stuff with his toys in the sand box but had quickly resigned to spending the day inside and spent much of the morning playing with his Legos instead. Chisai loved buiding things and was pretty good at it. Of course Chisai could build more than just your average blanket fort. If the couch wasn't in just the right position the little ant had no trouble moving it to fit just right and could easily carry around an arm full of two by fours used for his tree house. Or rather it would have been easy it they weren't so big compared to him making balancing hard. But of course all this came in handy and Chisai loved any chance to help out around the house and was proud to be a lil helper at daycare during the summer. But right now with his interest in his Legos having waned he walked aobut the house a lil bit trying to think of something to do. Seeing this his mom called to him.

"Chisai sweetie. Mommy's going to do some backing. Do you wanna help?" She asked knowing the chance to help make something sweet ant tasty would get his attention.

"Ooo! Sure mommy! Can I lick the bowl when we're done?" Chisai asked as he scampered on over with excitement. He loved anything sweet.

"You bet sweetie. Maybe the weather will have cleared up by the time we're done." She told him as the two walked out into the he kitchen and Chisai climbed up onto the counter with ease.

"I'll get the measuring cups!" He declared with a bright smile happy for the excuse to climb on something. His mom just smiled at his antics. Chisai was a natural climber and durable yet flexible exoskeleton made sure that such a short fall would do no harm.

"Thank you sweetie." She told him as she got out the eggs and Chisai grabbed a few more things from the cabinets and helped by handing her things as needing and helped mixing it. It might have been a rainy day but baking with mom and having some cake makes even a rainy day a great day.
