This is simply another trial for MS paint. It is SO hard to draw for me without the following:

Layers
Transparency
Select color/area

So... Yeah. It could be a better portrait in multiple senses. The pose, her choice of clothing and color, her awesome wings not hidden... Yeah... Well... Enjoy.

Maybe you can't do layers, but you can do chroma key.

Put a color you're not using (let's say lime) around something, pick "Transparent Selection" from "Select", then put lime as Color 2, and when you make a selection rectangle around the thing you put lime around and drag it, the lime doesn't go with it and it has a transparent background so you can put the thing on another background.
