I wanted to make something more in-town-ish, and I remembered the festivals in Final Fantasy XI when I played, so I guess that'd be the inspiration for this song :P
I tried imagining a traditional Japanese festival when I was making this, thus the name ^.=.^; I couldn't find a specific koto sample however so I had to improvise as best as I could :P
