one of my fave things avout tina's story us how slice of life it is; very connectable for people and the storyline just keeps going good, there is no staleness :3

another of my fave things is that tina isnt a big boonied overly "hawt" skinny as a twig with a ginormous butt "drop dead slutty beauty" and ray isnt the super muscular overly thin super sized dong man with perfection all around, it is so nice to see a senseo realism with basic human anatomy where the characters reflect real life and are not the vision of perfection but are still astheticly pleasing and go so well together :3

Why, thank you!
'Tina's story was written to be a story of a group of ordinary people, some of whom happen to be dogs. It was important to me that the surroundings, the personalities, the activities be normal, even mundane. It's the background, the canvas against which we see the vibrance of their lives. It's the anti fan fiction- no superpowers, no super models; even their jobs are boring.
As to her looks, Tine NEEDED to be average. I suspect that she wondered if she would ever find a special person of her own, just as  Ray may have.. They share the same insecurities we all do- can I do my job? Can I make enough money? Will the people at work like me? In the end, Tina reaffirms us- life WILL in fact work out in the end, just as we hoped. Tina is the triumph of hope over fear, a reminder that mostly, things aren't so bad, and that stuff works out in the end.

They are such a cute couple! This section where they get to know each other as people, setting aside any species barriers and just sharing hopes and dreams, is very nice.

You've touched on an ongoing theme- that we're all pretty much the same. What Ray and Tina discover is not how they are different, but how much they are alike. Until this point, they lived in different worlds in the same city. They well might have never even met. Yet, they did, and in meeting, discovered how much alike we all are.

something about that swimsuit. I know our lovely little poodle has little to no right in a two peice suit but to put her in a one peice almost makes her look younger then we all know she is to my opinion atleast ( one good thing about the glassess I guess). Guessing its her modesty kicking in but personally I think a two peice would be better suited for her atleast to remind everyone that she is a adult female. Thinking about that kind of reminds me of that pink mouse comic that ended some years back kind of wished  the person makeing it would have countinued to make more of those.

Well, Tina is expected to be an 8-10 year run, so no worries in that regard.
Remember Tina just went to work, just got her apartment, and just made new friends. A lot of what she wears is not new, may have been stuff she got while she was living at home, and is maybe even a bit outgrown. In time, I expect that Tina's wardrobe will reflect her current status and taste, but that may take a while. Something to consider is that Tina is a bit of a nerd, and mastering style and fashion may take some time.
