http://foxfirestudios.net/johnnybriz This page took an extra day for me to do because of two things: One is tweaking Alex’s design for his grand entrance. I hope to work on getting him more angular looks—especially in the face and expressions—in future pages. I also had to reduce his rat tail, because he’s going to be in a lot of costumes. There’s a nod to my favorite kind of comedy in the logo in Alex’s t-shirt. (For the record, it’s called the ‘Gasukuri Performance Troupe’) Expect that logo to evolve as the strip progresses. The second thing in contention is my need to practice on my profiles, because even here it’s still sketchy. The fundamentals are still in the learning stages, and there’s a need to make them all different for each character. They’re sure to improve in the following pages as I work on each of the characters in turn.
