"Tonde Buurin", "とんで ぶ-りん" aka Super Pig, a 1994 anime cartoon by Saban, that was aired on the Fox Kids channel.

This is a well fed version of the main character, Karin, transformed in Super Pig or Buurin, I find her very cute and that dragged me into drawing her in balloon art :-) :veryhappy:
